The first screen offers options for selecting crisis types, including overstimulation, emotional distress, shutdown, and aggressive outburst. The second screen shows Step 3 of 3, focusing on "Gentle Grounding" techniques, with advice like holding a comfort object and engaging in calming movements. Both screens have a blue border on a gradient blue-purple background.

Meet the Founder

Hello! I'm Lauren, creator of NeuroParent, proud parent to a neurodivergent child with ADHD and ASD. My personal experiences inspired me to design an app offering immediate, practical, and calming guidance—exactly the support I longed for during challenging moments.

I believe every parent deserves tools that work in real time, not just advice after the fact. NeuroParent is my way of turning lived experience into something useful, supportive, and judgment-free—for families like mine, and maybe yours too.

"I didn’t want another parenting app that just tracked symptoms. I needed something to help in the moment."
